EMS training at home allows you to maximize your time and effort so that you can get the results you want, safely, quickly and completely.
We offer 20-minute EMS personal training sessions, with a suit that only you will use(it stay with you after the session) based on the renowned ‘Electrical Muscle Stimulation’ (EMS) concept, in order to support every client in reaching their target body shape, using as little effort and time as possible.
